There is no restriction of age, attempt etc in neet only a lower age restriction is there. So you are eligible for neet exam.

Though many were are asking to cancel Neet examination and provide admission on the basis of marks in 12th board examination but actually that's not possible practically and so Neet examination has not been cancelled and admission will be through Neet examination
