In neet 2019, 422 marks was the lowest marks that was required for general category for getting a government quota mbbs seat and it was for Srinivasa Institute of Medical Research Center, Mangalore under karnataka state quota

I am extremely sorry to tell you dear but you are not eligible for Neet examination as with only 17 marks in physics theory examination you have failed in Physics and thus you fail to fulfill Neet eligibility  criteria  which says that,

In practical + theory , you have got 36 marks in Physics , it means you have failed in theory examination of Physics and thus, you are not eligible for neet examination

According to your marks, your PCB aggregate is 45.6%. You haven't mentioned your category. For appearing in NEET, you need to have an aggregate of 50% if you are from the general category, 45% if you are from the other categories. Assuming that you are from general category,
