NTA has declared the results but hasn't released the qualifying cut off marks yet.
Neet qualifying cutoff percentile remains same every year which is provided below category wise:-
----------) General category :- 50 percentile
----------) OBC/ SC /ST :- 40 percentile

Honestly as per your marks is considered there is no chance for you to get a mbbs seat because the cut offs stays way higher and it further depends on certain factors like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years
I am extremely sorry to tell you dear that with 11 lack rank you cannot get a seat in any medical college not even in private medical college under management quota because You have failed to qualify Neet examination
