my parents are from bihar . my ancestral house is in bihar but i was born in delhi we dont have permanent address there and since 7 years i am living in west bengal and we a two apartments, and i have completed 10 and 12th form Bengal so where should i fil my domicile certificate for neet 2 Benga

if I score 46/100 in phy 50/100 in chem and 90/100 in bio in my class 12 board exam then am I eligible for neet or do I have to take improvement test ? also one has to score 50% in each of physics chem and bio or 50% in total of physics chem bio??
