As the competition in NEET is increasing every year. It is very difficult to secure a seat with less than 590-600 marks in any government college for general and obc category.
Secondly, if you fall in ST category then also there might be very little chance of getting it

As you know, the competition is increasing at a rapid pace in medical field every year, it is very difficult to get a good medical seat even with 600 marks.
So, unfortunately, 140 marks are nowhere near enough for a mbbs seat eiter in government or private sector.

Your 170 marks doesn't make you eligible to get admission in Government Physiotherapy Colleges. Only if you belong to PWD / PH then you may get any BPT College.
At this marks, you may get Private Physiotherapy Colleges . Unfortunately, you will not get any other course colleges
