With 510 marks and the EWS category, getting a government seat in any state (even your domiciled state) is quite difficult. The cut off for A category seats was 540+ according to the previous year's cut off, however, you have good chances of getting a B category seat

Since you haven't mentioned your category, I assume it is general. If we look at the previous year's cut off, the cut off for Government medical colleges in Tamil Nadu was 586 marks, in ESIC colleges, it was 591 marks and for Self-financed medical colleges, it was 530
