As per you query you are scoring 465 marks in NEET 2022 and you did not mentioned your category so I am considering you belongs to General Category, there are very less chances to get Government MBBS seat from 482 marks in NEET 2022,
For the above mark you have no chance of getting admission in government, private medical college. You have a good chance of getting admission for mbbs in deemed colleges. But it costs around 20L per year. So it's better to drop a year if you aims mbbs. Other

I think you are talking about NEET registration. Don't worry it's okay if you have done the mistake in selecting the annual salary of your parent as the final salary will be counted the one that is mentioned on the salary certificate that you submit at the time
35 mark is too low. Expected Minimum cut off mark for qualifying neet is around 137 for general category and 108 for sc st category. Only those who quality neet are allowed for counseling. So with 35 marks you won't be able to qualify neet thus you can't
I would suggest you to join CBSE board as NEET is a national level entrance examination for the admission to all the reputed Institutes all over India.
