If you scored 250 marks in NEET enterance exam then I suggest you to go for BAMS course which is eligible for you, according to your marks scored in NEET-UG.
Because BAMS required 113 marks in NEET UG for General catagory and for ST/SC/OBC marks required is 86 marks.

First of all I would like tot tell you that the cut off for screening in of Candidates for AFMC interview is same for all the candidates irrespective of their Category.
---- So their isn't any sort of difference in cut off for a General Category and a SC/ST
