Your score is 450 in neet which is good but to get admission in government medical colleges you should have maximum score 520. As looking at previous year's cut off which was very high we can assume that this year's cut off

If you are a fresher, then covering your whole syllabus must be your first priority. Then ofcourse 2-3 months before your NEET exam you may consider solving PYQ's as they are must! Or you may also solve PYQ's of a chapter right after you complete that chapter for
