If your predicted score is 554 and you want to get into government medical College. For General-Catagory is quite difficult to get into government medical College for MBBS because for General catagory minimum marks required for government medical College is 584.

1- Difficulty level of examination
2- Number of students appeared in examination
3- Category of an individual
4- Relative marking and all

Sorry to say, but there is no such reservation under the sports quota category in NEET. You have to score and according to your All India Rank you get the medical/dental seats allotted. The NEET examination has reservation on the basis of category and physical disability as OBC/SC/ST

No, you cannot get a govt seat with 150 in neet, ST category too needs to get atleast 40 percentile to pass the exam. Although you can apply in private colleges like DY patil for pharmacy or bsc courses but sorry you won't get into a government college.
