For the above mark you have very low chance of getting admission in esis medical college Coimbatore. When we look into last year pattern 629 was the closing mark for obc. In chennai cut off rank was around 15k. So for 520 mark you have very less chance

No, it won't affect your future if you choose medical career after drops. If you will choose engineering then it will affect in getting jobs but if you choose to become a doctor then it won't be affecting your career at all.
