Neet is a combined medical entrance exam conducted by NTA.
Eligibility include 12th PCB stream student with

50% total aggregate (UR)
40% ST/SC/OBC

As your total 12th aggregate is 49% you don't fulfill the above mentioned criteria so your are not eligible for the examination.

If we go according to previous year trends NTA declares the result within 30days , then the counselling starts which last toh 1/2 months , then if allotted a college you will have to join and start attending you classes.
