No that's not how it goes. If ypu score good marks and top rank you will get merit seat in private colleges. Merit sear in private colleges are going to have fee reduction. No use in writing neet again and scoring top rank. If you join once in

1. You can concentrate and properly study your 11th portions for your final exam and that way, you will know your 11th portions thoroughly and you can revise it before 12th and then again

if i almost scored 450-500 in neet and and applying for mcc(deemed university).. still i have to pay the same fees as you mentioned? or is the fees is based on our mark?

Even if you apply through the All India quota for deemed universities with marks 450 or 500, the fee structure will be the same. The fee is the same for all candidates in deemed universities, be it of any category or the marks they scored in the NEET
