If you are going for AIIMS Delhi admission in future so, The Eligibility criteria for Admission in AIIMS is 60% marks are must obtained by the candidate in science stream subjects like Physics, chemistry and Biology subjects and also in English subject.

You need at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology in 12th examination if belongs to general category to be eligible for writing neet or at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to st/Obc/ Sc or at least 45 % in aggregate

Both NCERT and ISC books are more or less same covering similar topics, so in order to crack NEET exam I'll suggest you to first go through the syllabus and previous year papers of the exams, then you can read your ISC books and simultaneously read the same
