The class 10th passing certificate should be a scanned copy of size 50 kb to 300 kb limit. It hasn't been mentioned in the NTA brochure whether the scanned copy should be a coloured one or a black and white white, so it shouldn't cause any problem.

See whatever regional language you opt for NEET UG 2022 it will be there in English along with that regional language, so if you opt the medium of examination as Kannada then during examination you will have an option to choose the medium among English and Kanada so

As you don't belongs to OBC-NCL category in central list of OBC so you must opt for General category in NEET UG 2022 application form but if you have opted for OBC-NCL category then also you can now change it to general category in NEET UG correction window
