Category certificate has different criteria for every state and central.if your central certificate has same Criteria as of up neet counselling certificate demands then it is eligible.
Since u.p and central both has same Criteria for obc non creamy layer certificate so it ia valid for NEET counselling process.

Yes you can take the colored print of an e-AADHAR card issued by UIDAI but still you have 4-5 months remaining in NEET 2022 exam, by that you can get your updated AADHAR card so you should carry that original one.

Listen, Instead of Aadhar card you can use your another Identification Proof like your PAN card , Driving License , Voter ID card etc.
BUT, If you wants to add your Surname in your Aadhar card it's also Possible .
