See if you are going to pass class 12th from Open state board then also you are eligible for NEET UG because recognized state/central open boards of education are valid and their certificates are considered to determine the eligibility for NEET UG.

It is difficult for you to get BAMS through all India quota because last year cutoff is 543 for BAMS college. apply through state quota to have good chance of getting college as state quota have more seats than all india quota.

There is no upper age limit in NEET exam

Candidate who are 17 years old or more before 31st December 2022 are eligible for NEET

No, not yet . Till now NTRUHS, Vijaywada has not started the NEET UG Counselling for state quota seats but it is expected to start soon so you have to wait for some more time. Neither they have released any notification nor announced any schedule for NEET UG
