350 is a less score for securing a seat in MBBS college be it government or private medical college( even in OBC category)

Since you have asked about MBBS only, you can try for private MBBS colleges in Maharashtra.

But please consider the fact that cutoff has been increasing every year depending upon number of seats available, number of candidates and exam difficulty.
