Because it will keep on asking you to submit document if you have chosen a particular category.

No, your eligibility will be determined only with PCB combination and you should have minimum aggregate of 50% in PCB if you belongs to General category, for OBC/SC/ST it is 40% and for PwD it is 45%, if you have scored more than this then you are eligible
