R. C. E, Roorkee provides good infrastructure facilities with sports ground, equipped classes, library, wifi, etc. Also, the faculties are very knowledgeable and supportive. But coming to placements, college doesn't provide good placement opportunities for oil and gas department.

you have good qualification but selection into college is done on the basis of rank.  for OBC category:-  cutoff rank for round 1  for year 2019 is 638. cutoff for reservation is high and for EWS, TFW and open category is in 3 digit.

Your score was 410/600 now if we add PE and EVS marks we get 530 upon 800 (if you got 90/100 in PE and 30/100 in EVS). So now we only have to calculate the percentage and that is very easy.

(530/800) *100= 66.25%.
