ongc has job in various sectors, in engineering stream ongc hires electrical, mechanical, chemical,metallurgy and mining streams also. there is vacancy for IT and computer science professionals. students who are studying in bsc and msc  course in geography, can also join ongc as a geologist. so don't take engineering

petrolean engineering and chemical engineering both has job scope in ongc, bpcl and other oil refinery company. but I would suggest you to take chemical engineering to keep in mind of the career prospect. its no guaranty that after pursuing btech you may surely get job in government sector.

Your aggregate percentage for class 12 will comprise of the best 4 subjects i.e. english+those 3 subjects in which you got the highest marks from the number of subjects you have given examination. Here your aggregate percentage will be ((83+71+69+64)*100)÷400= 71.75%
