yes it is possible after 10th you need to for diploma that us your polytechnic in that particualr field and then you haev to go for the btech. so yes you can do petroleum engineering after 10th.

Since pdpu is very esteemed university in its forte and petroleum seats are filled first, you must have a much better rank than 70k to get it. Keeping aside normal rounds, even spot round can go upto 40k maximum. So I don't think that there are much chances of getting
