     No, there's not any option like that. In other stream it is possible but in NEET, it can't be possible. To sit  for NEET, you should have secure at least 50% in 12th & also in PCB...

Improvement exam are given for those subjects in which you are pass but not having good marks.CBSE emprovement exams can be taken in more than one subject.You cannot appear for improvement for those subjects in which you are not pass/or fail.
