You must thorough the NCERT physics book. Thereafter, you can go through books by Pradeep & Arihant. Soving last years' question papers goes a long way in knowing the level of your preparation and will also familiarise you with the format of the exam.
Each paper will be for 1.30 hours. Paper I and Paper II (Physics + Chemistry) will carry a weightage of 100 marks. Also, Paper I will have total 50 questions, while Paper II will carry 100 questions, 50 questions each from Physics and Chemistry.

See physics is a really a vast subject and study of it never ends and nor we even should try ending it so I would like to recommend you to please study physics numerical basis see if you solve many questions you would build up confidence of solving physics fluently

You can refer NCERT or HC Verma to build your fundamentals strong then you can refer this book.
