Hi, Your marks are pretty good and obviously above average to get into some institutes. Your 10th marks might not necessarily be the best but a good news comes along that they do not see it as a criteria for admissions. There are exams like CAT and GMAT for abroad that you need to study and the criteria for it is that you need to have 50% aggregate in any subject in your 12th board exams. These exams are conducted on a yearly basis and mostly in the month of November. There are various institutes that help you crack these exams you can look into it. So, yes you can get into good colleges with a little bit of efforts and a little bit of improvement. Hope this helps. If you still have a doubt feel free to leave a comment.
Hello aspirant,
I hope you are doing well and good. Although most of the colleges in India for Robotics is not that good. But exceptions are there.
IIT Bombay
IIT KGP
IIT KANPUR
IIIT Hyderabad (not sure, but they are food at research. They focus mainly on end products.)
BITS Pilani (currently working on Hyperloop)
These are a few colleges as far as I know which are good for a Robotics Enthusiast.

Hi, so basically UPSC's eligibility criteria is very simple. You have to complete graduation from any recognised University. And you must be atleast 21(years of age). The age limit is 32(years of age) for general and varies with different category.
The number of attempts are 6 and this too varies with different category.
You must be a citizen of India for positions such as IAS and IPS.
So to sum up, you are definitely eligible for appearing in this exam.
Hope this is helpful.
