As per the official notification from government of Karnataka, candidates belonging to category III-B are not eligible for reservation under OBC categroy unless they satisfy the creamy layer criteria.

Automobile engineering is a subset of mechanical engineering. It's just like on year/semester course. But in some college there is separate branch of automobile. You'll be confined to only automobile and will miss many related mechanical processes.

The questions seems to be incomplete. MBBS itself is a course, which have all the specialised subjects to study, as, dentistry, surgery, pediatric, gynaecology, orthopedics, neuronal sciences, etc.
