see every colleges of india has some seats reserve for non domicile candidate. thats will not be a problem for you if you get chances some colleges under punjab university , you can take hostel and can study in punjab.

The hostel fee for UPES is around 1.7 lakhs to 2 lakhs per year and it is not included with any other fee and is to be paid seperately like the tuition / academic fees.

you definitely have a chance of getting admission in shri ram college of commerce. You can get admission in bcom honours or economics honours. As per last year’s cut off you have chances of getting in both the colleges.
