Your chances for SDM institute of engineering is low for CSE and ECe.
You can onky convert Electronic engineering and civil engineering.

For CSE and ECE your chances look bright with following colleges :

KLS Gogte Institute of technology
Acharya institute of technology

Unfortunately you cannot convert SDM college of engineering Dharwad for CS or IS branch.

You can only convert Chemical engineering branch.

Chnaces for CS IS engineering is good for following :

CMr institute of technology

considering you as general category student with a rank of 25.5k its not possible to get SDMCET college as its quite good college while to know the previous year cut off kindly chek the below link
