7 band is usually the basic qualification for admission to most European schools. Which subject and course do you wish to pursue?
Along with an English proficiency test, you would require a good GPA, and GRE (if you are opting to pursue a Masters course).

Hello Revanth! In India for pursuing gradutaion, you need atleast 3 years. Hence, you can't study for 2 years in India and then Australia. You need to finish your undergrads first for further studies in australia. Hope that helps.
