There is no MBBS in United States of America. There you get the degree MD after you complete your undergraduate degree with pre medicine track. Also you need to give MCAT to get admission and not neet. All of these things are different in USA and not similar to India.

For MBBS courses abroad, there are different exams for different countries. For the USA, you would be required to appear for MCAT, for the UK it would be UKCAT/BMAT.

For germany you have to first take IELTS, make sure you have a good acedamic background or if not then good extracurriculars. Next you will need to see if your university requires any other test if yes then  take it and most impoirtantly clear tleast A2 level of German language
