You have many options

1) study in russia, china, philippines etc you'll see these in newspaper ads

2) study in europe you'll have to write some entrance exams and give a few interviews

Hi Saurav, Earlier it was not but Now it is compulsory. Health ministry made NEET compulsory for students who are looking for Medical college or courses in abroad.

PTE is an English language eligibility test. You can appear for PTE anytime. It does not have any particular eligibility criteria.
