Congratulations on scoring great marks.You have great chances of getting Cs or IT branch in SIT pune.I myself scored 122 and was called for day 1 counselling.Also the cutoffs change every year.For Cs branch 120+ and IT branch around 105+ is the average cutoff.So all the best.

You may have a chance of getting into the stage of Personal Interview.Yet,if there are more number of aspirant who scored more than 99 the probabilty will go low.
If you get selected to Next stage,give a good interview and prove them that you are worth the course .

Congrats on your score! Sorry to say but your score is very less. As compared to the last year's cutoff, your score is nowhere near the required score to be considered. Please look for some other college and apply there.
