Im sorry to say but when you choose courses like Agriculture or Veterinary, it is always important choose good reputed colleges for a good future and value for certificate. With the rank which you have mentioned which is 29k and BC-B, you cannot get agriculture in a good reputed college. With that rank in TSEAMCET you have better chances to get admission in good pharmacy colleges. For your rank I will suggest you to do courses where you can get reputed college with good placement facility which is possible for pharmacy and Biotechnology. You have not mentioned the Category you belong to, so I'm considering it as General Category and you have very less chances of getting B. Sc Agriculture seat based on previous years closing rank and cutoffs but they may vary from year to year and depends on factors like number of seats available, number of students appeared in the exam, difficulty level of the exam, category etc.
You can try by applying for counselling if you don't get seat then you can go for Management quota seats or paid seats in Private Colleges.
