See in bigger run college does not matter, like if you have interest in CSE/IT but not in ECE then what would be the benefit of taking ECE even if the college is big or very reputed because at last you have to make your career on the basis of whatever you have read in your graduation, so it would be far better to have a branch of your interest even if the college is little bit average, because the hard work you have to put into your studies can only be in efficient manner if you will be studying the field of your interest not of any other person's interest .

NO this year 2021 ,IPE weightage is not included in considering for eamcet.The state government which cancelled 1st year intermediate exams and postponed 2nd year intermediate exams also decided to cancel inter weightage marks for eamcet 2021.
