what is the obc cutoff for ubs Chandigarh ?

Pankhuri Kumari 7th Feb, 2020
Hii Shazeb!
The cut-offs vary every year depending on certain factors and they change category wise also. Generally there's not much difference between the general category cutoff and the obc category cut-off. You need to get more than 75% in the entrance exam to be considered eligible for admission and get a seat. But, it's better if you get more than 85%. The marks in the written exam are given more importance and the rest 15% marks are divided into GD-PI. Hope this helps.
Good luck!

Hello Amit,

Hope you are doing great.

Well, Congratulations on your CAT score.

And yes, you may except calls fron UBS Chandigarh as they shortlist students scoring between 85 to 90 percentile as observed and analysed from previous years selection processes.

Also, you need not to worry about the eligibility criteria as the only eligibility criteria for pursuing MBA from UBS Chandigarh is scoring above 50 percent in aggregate in Bachelor's.

Though, it may affect you a little, but hope that your percentile makes it up.

Bur still to remain at the safe side, do apply to other colleges which accepts percentile between 85-90.

Please refer to the link I am mentioning below to get a list of the B-schools you may apply for the same.
