Paid-up capital is the sum of money investors have given a business in exchange for equity. Paid-up capital is produced when a business sells its shares to buyers on the open market, typically through an initial public offering (IPO). No additional paid-up capital is formed when shares are purchased and sold between investors on the secondary market because the proceeds of those transactions go to the selling shareholders rather than the issuing business.
Thank you
Hope this information helps you.
Hello,
Everyone does not have to get eight hours of sleep every night. It is a commonly acknowledged truth that most people can use. However, each person has unique demands. You must ascertain yours. Like, I don't need more than 5 or 6 hours of sleep. Maybe I'm wrong, but right now I feel more awake and alert after 5 hours of sleep than after 8 hours. So, just attempt to determine how much sleep you actually need to function properly.
Exercise as well in the morning. I'm not advising you to join a gym. Just take a 30-minute daily stroll or do yoga. Your sleep patterns will undoubtedly change, and your memory will benefit.
Find a suitable study location and set a goal of studying for 45 minutes straight. Take a 10-minute break after studying for 45 minutes. Spend those 10 minutes doing something to divert your attention from your studies, such as listening to music or eating, and then settle down for another 45 minutes. Repeat this process until you reach your daily goal.
The few things listed above will be of use to you. Last but not least, keep moving forward by pushing yourself. Only then will you see improvements in yourself; otherwise, you will revert to your previous state after a few days.
Best wishes for your future!!

Hello dear,
Hope you are doing more than your efforts but that efforts are only for gaining marks isn't it. First of all you don't have to panic about your less score as success comes slowly. You have recently join akash it's just the starting, there are many more students having the same problem with them.
You need to understand that you need to pickup everything with peace. Start studying for gaining knowledge not marks and you will automatically realize that your score has increased.
Keep in mind that when you study your concentration must be on your subjects not anywhere else and don't force yourself to stick at a place and study whole day. Be yourself, study more but till you can concentrate.
Revise daily, solve 3-4 practice sheets in a week, be focused and you will see in after sometime that you will start gaining good scores.
Wishing you all the very best.
hello aspirant,
With the above mentioned general category rank in JEE mains you have extremely difficult chances of getting any NITs or IIITs as the required cutoff for General category for good NIT is within 25K in JEE mains.
But with the above rank, you can still get some State level Engineering colleges or private engineering colleges as the admission for some of these colleges are based on the JEE mains scorecard. While some private colleges conduct their own entrance exams for their admission. So, you can get admission in these colleges.
Further, to know more about the JEE mains Cutoff, you can follow the below mentioned link : https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/jee-main-cutoff
