In prelims the syllabus of UPSC includes History of India and Indian national movement, Indian and World geography, Economic and social development- sustainable development, poverty,inclusion demographics, social sector initiatives etc,Indian polity
Considering the fact that D Pharma is pursued after 10+2, you can pursue BA in PolitIcal Science and still be eligible for UPSC. For appearing in UPSC, you should have completed your Graduation in any discipline. So you can pursue BA in Political Science through Distance Education and still be
D Pharma is a Diploma course. With that you cannot appear for UPSC. But BA is a Bachelor's degree and you can appear for UPSC on the basis of BA in Political Science. Considering the fact that D Pharma is pursued after 10+2, you can pursue BA in PolitIcal Science
Judicial Exam Syllabus varies among state but general studies is a part of Judicial Exam Syllabus whereas law as a subject has been provided huge importance, it's weigtage is comparatively lot more in UPSC, but the preparation process more or less is the same as you have to go
