Based on your date of birth, you will be eligible to appear for the UPSC exam as of 2023. The minimum age requirement to appear for the UPSC exam is 21 years, and you will turn 21 in July 2025. So, you can definitely start preparing for the UPSC exam in 2025.

To answer your question I regret to inform you that Your sister age on 1st August 2024 will be 35 years, 7 months, 12 days. she'll Not Eligible for UPSC Civil Service Exam 2024 but don’t worry as UPSC is not a final destination try to find the jobs that you are interested.
