I think you should opt regular one, So to give the ias exam the minimum eligibility is that you must bachelor degree holder

In order to complete your degree you must concerned about the course so which course you will choose and that course will directly affect your IAS preparation

Yes BCA students are also eligible for writing UPSC EXAM,  you can also give SSC exam.

Well yes, you can also do that.

As you have to prepare for your board exams and JEE Main simultaneously, it may happen that you are not able to dedicate your entire energy and focus on preparation towards JEE Main with pressure mounting on due to the nearing board

If you mean graduation from a private college or university then,
