For 96 percentile you have to score between 280-300. As per previous  year you can do it with 280 marks but it depends on how the exam will be conducted in the coming year. So a mark above 280 will be a safe range to get a percentile 96

If you consider this year trend then with 60k rank the percentile would be around 95-97 as this year the question was bit easy and almost every one was getting 95+.
