Rank is calculated from your +2 marks and KCET exam marks. Both have 50% weightage. This is done by addition of 50% your +2 marks and 50% of your KCET marks. That will give a value that is taken into consideration to find out rank. Rank also gets affected

I am sorry but your marks in neet is extremely low . With just 68 marks in neet you haven't even cleared neet , but qualifying neet is compulsory for taking admission in mbbs , bams, bds, bhms etc and this is not only for Government colleges
