see both of the course has equal value and have job options in current hospital system , however it would be best for you if you choose the institution correctly to pursue any of the course, make sure the institution has well placement record and experienced faculty .
To be eligible to study M.Sc Geography in postgraduate level you must have studied BA Geography or B.Sc Geography in undergraduate level and must have passed with minimum percentage required.As you are an Engineering graduate you are not eligible to pursue M.Sc Geography.

Engineering is completely different from LLB. Engineering deals with the technology and it is related to physics. Engineering in short known as APPLIED PHYSICS. Where as BBA deals with bussiness which has economic and related subjects and LLB is the bachelor of Laws. Both were the professional degree.
