with this percentage you will not get admission in any government college or any of top most private college of any degree whichever your branch is.

but with this percentage you can go and take admission in any of private college and can complete your graduation from there.

Since you want to do Cse engineering, hence your percentile score and board percentage both are quite low to get into any top private or autonomous engineering college.
