Generally, Eamcet rank is calculated based on the marks secured in IPE (core subjects with marks out of 600) Which has 25% weightage and 75% weightage to Eamcet marks. So for 70 marks being scoreed in Eamcet, your 75% weightage will be 32.81. Since you didn't mentioned your IPE
