Yes there is an eligibility criteria ,that candidate must be of 21 years or more than at the time of applying for the application. And should have graduated with at least 50% aggregate marks at the UG level.

No. AIIMS do not offer Bachelors in Pharmacy, so no entrance exam is conducted for bachelors in Pharmacy. AIIMS however do offer MSc. in Pharmacology.

But there are other colleges in India which provides b.pharma course such as the follows:
