ideally they will revert in the mail within 24-72 hours, so wait for atleast 72 hours. If you still not get reply after 72 hours, then kindlt send the chasing mail and also call their helpline number which is available on website and tell them about the issue

That registration amount is of one time, and you can appear for as many as rounds. After every rounds you dont need to pay the fees. Also fee is refundable if you didn take admission after all rounds. So you dont need to create dd again for next
