Sorry to say that for 35 marks in eamcet, you are not considered as qualified in the exam. For open category students, they need to score atleast 25% of the total marks i.e., 40 out of 160 marks in order to qualify and appear for the councelling process.

With 413 marks you have no chance to get mbbs seats in government quota if you belong to OBC catagory. But you can get bams Or bhms government seats in medical colleges with OBC catagory. Or you can easily can mbbs private seat.
