Hello student. Uploading original documets without self attestation is not a big problem. While submitting the xerox copies of documents physically they might ask you for self attestation. But online submitting without attesting is not a big problem. They will not cancel your registration.

You might not be able to get into IIITs as the cutoff might not meet in your case, however, you have a decent chance in some low NITs and some state level colleges in the state counselling and some colleges in the GFTI category in Josaa counselling too.
