According to the score mentioned by you in the question you can secure your rank around 8500-9000 and as you have not mentioned about your category so it is little bit difficult to predict the college because cut-offs of colleges also depends upon your category and it keeps

As per your rank and category you have chances  to get in NIT's and IIIT's but In Telangana we only NIT Warangal and there is no chances for ECE as the last round ends in 1000's. But you have chances in EEE, Civil, Metallurgical and Material Engineering.

as you appeared for 3 aubjects to improve your subjects 2020, you need to upload the combine marksheets. Also your year of passing will be 2020 because in 2020 you passed three subjects with improved score. You dont need to mention passing year as 2019.
