I am sorry to say that with 77.30 percentile in JEE Mains, despite being an OBC Candidate, it would be difficult to get admission through CBIT. But, I will suggest you go for the counseling and wait until the spot round if you don't have any other better

NIT Jamshedpur is a good NIT college, but as per the review, ratings, rankings, and placements record, this would be suggested ranking -

1. BIT Mesra

2. NIT Jalandhar

3. NIT Jamshedpur

4. NIT Patna

In NIT Jamshedpur, ECE will be the most preferred branch, followed by EEE

Seeing last year rankings I guess your 80 marks will range in 9701-14000 rank in comedk. With these marks you can get some good colleges.
